On November 14, 2023, the Topoľčianky National Stud welcomed the ambassadors of the countries that participated in the entry of the "Traditions of Lipizzan horse breeding" element into the UNESCO list for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. J.E.Stanislav Raščan (Ambassador of Slovenia), Csaba Balogh (Ambassador of Hungary), Călin Fabian (Ambassador of Romania) and Aleksandar Heina (Ambassador of Croatia) honoured Žrebčín with their visit.
The director of the Topoľčianky National Stud, Michal Horný, together with the ambassadors, welcomed other important guests: Jasmina Adem-Grujič (economic adviser, Embassy of Slovenia in Prague), the director of the stud in Lipica Tatjana Vošinek Pucer together with her husband Jurij Vošinek, Juraj Hamara (general director of SĽUK ), Marián Horváth (Istroconti), Michal Horváth (Istroconti), Marek Sobola (Servare et Manere), Viktor Strieženac (Chateau Topoľčianky) and the mayor of Topoľčianky Juraj Meska.
A performance of a festive quadrilla with eight white Lipizzan stallions was prepared for the guests. The guests continued with a tour of the stables of the historic riding school, which was enriched with a photo exhibition depicting the common heritage associated with the traditions of breeding Lipizzaner horses, and signed the memorial book of the National Stud.
