On August 31st, almost all vaulting clubs from Slovakia gathered again in the National Stud Farm. The reason was the penultimate round of the Slovak national ranking Slovak Vaulting Cup 2024. For all trainers, lungers and their horses, it was an opportunity to improve their previous scores in their category. Almost 50 individuals, 3 pairs and 3 groups performed here. The performances were truly fantastic, there was something to watch....
Within the individual categories, six age categories were evaluated. Among the younger children, men, Oliver Forró from TJ Slávia Šaľa-voltíž performed best on the horse Jatek. In the younger children, women, the best result was given by Dorota Kazárová from JK Farao Trnovec nad Váhom on the horse Furioso Uhričický. As many as 16 competitors fought for the championship in the older children, women category. The winner was Magdaléna Mia Spiszáková from JK Rusty Šaľa on the horse KCM Vaulinghorses Lord. Samuel Necela from Voltiland Košice, riding Teamo, received the best rating in the older children, men category. Among the junior women, Ema Dudoňová from JK Farao Trnovec nad Váhom on the horse Constantin performed best. In the young riders category, Andrej Meňhert from JK Freestyle Poprad on the horse Max Magnus Morgan performed best. Among the senior women, Lea Haszker from JK Rusty Šaľa won the championship.
The winners in the pairs category were the girls from the local club JK at the National Stud Farm Topoľčianky – Laura Balážová and Gabriela Karáčová riding Leon.
The most attractive competition for spectators is always the group competition. In the younger children's category, the group from JK Farao Trnovec nad Váhom consisting of Vencelová Lilien, Gregušová Mária, Ratkovič Mina, Kazárová Dorota, Rajjová Hana and Rajjová Dorotka on the horse Furioso Uhričický won. In the junior category, the best performance was again given by the group from JK Farao Trnovec nad Váhom consisting of Slámová Sára, Kálmán Viktória, Hodurová Sofia, Kadárová Chloe and Gregušová Dáša. The home group led by Boris Kodak consisting of Laura Balážová, Strečková Stella, Sebastián Kodak, Gabriela Karáčová, Zoja Kunkelová and Zacharová Elizabeth Lilien The best evaluated horse in the individual category was Max Magnus Morgan from JK Freestyle Poprad. Boris Kodak's home gelding Leon (Dormane du Puy 8), won in both the pair and group categories.
ZSO SJF Championships
4 categories were filled within the West Slovak Region SJF Championships. Among younger children, women, gold was won by Dorota Kazárová, silver by Mária Gregušová and bronze by Mina Ratkovič, all from Farao Trnovec nad Váhom. In the older children, women, the most valuable metal was won by Magdaléna Mia Spiszáková from JK Rusty Šaľa, silver by Viktória Kalmán from Farao Trnovec nad Váhom and the bronze medal went again to JK Rusty Šaľa thanks to Rebeka Jánová. The next championship category was Junior women. The title of champion and gold medal was won by Ema Dudonová from Farao Trnovec nad Váhom. Her teammate Katarína Nagyová took the silver and bronze was won by Viktória Tóthová from TJ Slávia Šaľa-voltíž. In the pairs category, the first two places were occupied by the gymnasts from the JK at the NŽ Topoľčianky – Laura Balážová with Gabbriela Karáčová and Lilien Elizabeth Zacharová with Zoja Kunkelová, under the leadership of Boris Kodak. JK Rusty Šaľa won bronze with Ema Majdiaková and Rebeka Jánová under the leadership of Andrei Barcza. The best individual horse was awarded to KCM Vaultinghorses Lord from JK Rusty Šaľa. The home team Leon won the pairs category.
